Booking and Payment Terms

To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 60 days before your arrival.

• The deposit can be paid via bank transfer.

• If the final payment is not received on time, the booking may be subject to cancellation without a refund of the deposit.

 

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of €1,000 must be paid one week before your arrival.

• Payment can be made via PayPal.

• The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, provided no damage or loss has occurred.

• Any damage to the property or loss of items will be deducted from the security deposit. If damages exceed the deposit amount, the guest will be responsible for covering the additional costs.

 

Cancellation Policy

• More than 60 days before arrival – 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

• Less than 60 days before arrival – No refund will be issued.

We strongly recommend that guests take out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

 

Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in day: Saturday

• Check-in time: Between 15:00 and 21:00

• Check-out time: 10:00 AM (late check-outs may be subject to additional fees)

For late arrivals or early departures, please notify us in advance so we can assist with any necessary arrangements.
