House Rules

General Conduct

  • Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect.

  • Any damage, breakage, or loss must be reported immediately. Costs for repairs or replacements will be deducted from the security deposit.

  • The number of guests staying in the villa must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated at the time of booking.

 

Property Care & Cleanliness

  • The villa must be kept in a clean and tidy condition throughout your stay.

  • Please dispose of waste in the designated bins and follow local recycling regulations.

  • At check-out, guests are kindly requested to leave the property in a reasonable state of cleanliness. Excessive cleaning requirements may result in an additional charge.

 

Parties & Events

  • Parties or events are not permitted unless prior approval has been obtained.

  • If an approved event is held, guests are responsible for ensuring noise levels remain reasonable and that the property is returned to its original condition afterward.

 

Pool & Outdoor Areas

  • Guests must follow the pool safety rules provided on-site.

  • No glassware is allowed in the pool area to prevent breakage and injury.

  • Please ensure that outdoor furniture, BBQ areas, and other facilities are used responsibly and left clean after use.

 

Smoking & Pets

  • Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas, and cigarette butts must be disposed of properly.

  • Pets are only allowed with prior approval and may be subject to an additional cleaning fee.

 

Security & Key Responsibility

  • Guests are responsible for keeping the property secure at all times. Doors and windows should be locked when leaving the villa.

  • Loss of keys may result in a replacement fee.

 

Liability

  • The villa owners and management are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during the stay.

  • Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover any unexpected circumstances.

 

Compliance

By confirming the booking, guests agree to comply with these house rules. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or early termination of the stay without a refund.
